Submitted photos will not be used for paid advertising or paid promotional materials both printed and on-line.
By submitting a photo you are validating that you are the photographer that took the picture and can not hold Beach Events or Web Masters Liable to any copyright infringements. or other legal actions that may arise.
Any photographs meeting legal challenges from either copyright or insufficient model permissions will not be posted or used.
Beach Events and its web masters will not post any photos of non-Beach Event images or any images that contain inappropriate content
Please include your name, the names of people in photos, your state and town and a little information about your photo.
Attach only JPEG image files -- do not send ZIP, BMP, TIF. Send at least a 640x480 pixel image, We will resize, crop and compress larger images as necessary to fit on the page.
